Notice is hereby given that the fortieth annual general meeting of the Market Research Benevolent Association will take place on Thursday, 28th September, 2017 at Doggett’s Coat and Badge, Blackfriars Road, London SE1 at 4:30pm.

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be:

  1. The presentation of the Trustee’s Report and Financial Statements for the year ending 31st March 2017
  2. The election of one member of the Management Committee
  3. The election of the Independent Examiner (Auditor)
  4. Any other business

Nominations for the Management Committee are hereby invited.  Only life governors and governors or members who have been in membership for two consecutive years or who commit to being a member for three years are eligible for election.    A person who is not already a member of the Management Committee has to be nominated in writing by at least six members of the Association (although such support need not be on a single nomination document).

Nomination forms should have been received by the Secretary no later than 31st August 2017.

Notice of other items that members wish to be placed on the agenda must be received in writing by the Secretary no later than 31st August 2017.  The Secretary can be contacted at info@mrba.org.uk
