This month we handled our 1,000th case.  Since April this year, most of the people we have been helping have required continual assistance.  On average we have looked after 10 cases a month with only a couple of new applicants each month.

One of the people we have been supporting is ‘Suzi’ who has a seriously ill son.  Unfortunately her own mental health deteriorated because she was also worried about her finances.  So we gave her money to clear some of her debts.  “…For the first time in months my bank balance is showing I am in the black,” says Suzi.  “You have made me feel so much better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
