Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 26 September at The Kathleen Lonsdale Room, Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ at 4:00pm.
The business to be transacted at the meeting will include:
- The presentation of the Trustees’ Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March, 2019
- The Election of 3 members of the Management Committee
- The election of the Independent Examiner (Auditor)
- Any other business
The election of Ian Brace, Claire Harris and Virginia Monk will all expire at the AGM. All have indicated their intention to stand again.
Other nominations for the Management Committee are invited. Only life governors and governors or members who have been in membership for two consecutive years, or who commit to being a member for three years are eligible for election. A person who is not already a member of the Management Committee has to be nominated in writing by at least six members of the Association (although such support need not be on a single nomination document).
Nomination forms should be received by the Secretary (info@mrba.org.uk) no later than 9th September, 2019.
Notice of other items that members wish to be placed on the agenda must be received in writing by the Secretary no later than the 9th September, 2019. The Secretary can be contacted at info@mrba.org.uk
