Congratulations Alexandra, one of our first MRBA Skills bursary winners!  Alexandra received a distinction in her Advanced Certificate exam with the Research Academy last month.

A Research Consultant at Accelerator Solutions Limited, she enrolled in the Advanced Certificate in to provide a broader understanding of the wider research landscape, give her more confidence in dealing with clients and prepare her for promotion to Research Manager level.   Alexandra works in a small research team.  Her employer was unable to cover the cost of the qualification, so an MRBA Skills bursary enabled her to take the course.

“I am immensely grateful to the MRBA and MRBA Skills for making this important achievement possible for me,” Alexandra says.  ” There is no way I would have been able to take and compete the course without the MRBA Skills bursary. I was so happy when I found out about it via Linkedin and that I may qualify. This bursary is the best thing that can be available for researchers from smaller teams/organisations.”
